How to Measure Your Dog

Neck circumference: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s lower neck. Leave enough space so you can easily slip two fingers between the collar/harness and your dog’s neck.
Chest circumference: Measure at the widest point of the chest, typically a hand’s width behind the front legs. Go once around, holding the tape measure snug but not tight. Allow two fingers of space to prevent chafing or constriction.

Important Reminders

Individual variation: Dogs of the same breed can vary widely, and there are no standard collar/harness sizes across brands.
Measure to confirm: Use a soft tape measure for the most accurate neck and chest sizes.
If in doubt, size up: A harness or collar that’s too tight can be uncomfortable or unsafe.
Breed charts: While we strongly recommend measuring your pup for the best fit, we’ve added some common breeds to our size charts below for guidance if measuring isn’t possible (e.g., buying a gift).

For leather products: do not machine wash, soak, or submerge. If wet, let the product dry naturally at room temperature. Use a leather conditioner occasionally if needed.
For BioThane® products: rinse or wipe with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
