We ship to Switzerland, the European Union, the USA and selected countries from around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are a company based in Switzerland. If you are ordering from outside of Switzerland and the European Union, you might be charged additional import fees such as VAT or customs, based on your country of residence and size of your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary:

• Swiss orders: 2-4 business days
• European orders: 2-7 business days

Yes, we offer a standard 2-year warranty to our customers. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. Contact us at info@leale-official.ch with proof of purchase for warranty claims.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, log in to your customer profile and click "Request a return". For details, please see Returns, Refunds & Warranty.

To exchange an item, return the item to us unused and in its original packaging. Place a new order for your desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
