We ship to Switzerland, the European Union, and selected countries from around the world. If you are ordering from outside of Switzerland and the European Union, you might be charged additional import fees such as VAT or customs, based on your country of residence and size of your order. See Shipping for more details.

Orders are typically shipped on the next working day. Delivery times vary:

Yes, we offer a standard 2-year warranty to our customers. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. Contact us using the contact form for warranty claims.

To exchange an item, return the item to us unused and in its original packaging. Place a new order for your desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Yes. Many people find larger dogs easier to manage hands-free because the leash anchors at the waist, closer to your center of gravity, which makes it harder to pull you off balance.

The Effortless Leash has been tested up to 30 kg pulling force and performed well, not slipping or loosening.

Hands-free does not mean less control. With the anchor at your waist, your body becomes the stable point, and you can still use your arms to reel your dog in just as you would with a traditional leash.

For extra control in the moment, use the quick-release hook to instantly shorten the leash while you’re reeling in; once adjusted, your hands are free again so they do not get strained.

Yes. The leash is fully adjustable - you can push the leather through the rings and reposition them to match your height, waist size, or clothing layers. At 2.8 m total length, there’s enough give for both you and your dog.

Yes. The leash is designed to be adjusted on the go. For quick shortening, we suggest positioning the last ring (closest to your dog) so that when clipped to the front hook, your dog walks closely by your leg - ideal in crowded areas or near other dogs, while staying hands-free.
