Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your customer profile and click "Request a return". 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost and labels

Return shipping costs will not be covered by us unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Domestic Returns (Switzerland): If you are returning an item from within Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns (European Union & World): For returns from outside Switzerland, you are responsible for organizing the return shipping and covering shipping costs, as well as completing the necessary customs forms. We will provide detailed instructions to assist with this process. If incorrect or incomplete customs forms result in additional charges, we reserve the right to deduct these fees from your refund amount.

Condition of returned items

If a returned item arrives in a condition that is not resaleable and the issue is not covered by warranty, we reserve the right to either: Issue only a partial refund, reflecting the diminished value of the item; or refuse the return entirely. In either case, you can choose to have the item sent back to you at your own cost. If you decline this option or if we do not receive a response within 14 days of notifying you, the item will not be returned.

Damages and issues on arrival

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, initiate a return within the return period. Please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to place a new order for your desired item, and we will issue a refund for the returned item once we receive it and your return is accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

All our products come with a two-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality of the product. If your product develops a fault within this period, please contact us at info@leale-official.ch with proof of purchase to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under this warranty.
