Shipping rates & delivery times

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Delivery within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders below CHF 70: 3.40 - 7.50 CHF
  • Orders above CHF 70: FREE

Orders are shipped from Zürich, Switzerland - no import duties or customs charges apply.

EU: Germany, Austria, France & the Netherlands

Delivery within approximately 5-10 business days.

  • Orders below EUR 200: 19.00 EUR
  • Orders above EUR 200: FREE

Applicable import VAT and customs duties are prepaid by LEALE, so you will normally not be required to pay these charges upon delivery. This includes the temporary EUR 3 customs duty introduced on 1 July 2026 for low-value imports, where applicable.

In exceptional cases, local customs authorities or delivery providers may charge additional processing, clarification or administrative fees. These charges are outside LEALE's control and are the responsibility of the customer. LEALE cannot reimburse such additional charges.

International

Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. The shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.

This category includes all other countries we currently ship to, including EU countries not listed above.

Orders to these destinations are shipped without import VAT, customs duties or other import charges prepaid by LEALE. Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance fees, carrier handling fees or other charges imposed upon import are the responsibility of the customer.

LEALE has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.
