Usage & Care
Usage
The effortless leash offers three modes: around the waist, cross body or hand held. It easily adjusts to fit any body or dog size. With its unique quick release hook system, you can dynamically shorten or extend it as you walk while staying handsfree. For detailed user instructions, click here.
Care Instructions
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive brushes.
- For leather products: do not machine wash, soak, or submerge. If wet, let the product dry naturally at room temperature. Use a leather conditioner occasionally if needed.
- For BioThane® products: rinse or wipe with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
Safety Information
- Ensure the product fits correctly and all attachments are securely fastened before use.
- This product is intended for pet use only and is not a toy. Do not allow pets or children to chew on or misuse it.
- Check regularly for wear, damage, loose stitching, or weakened hardware. Stop using the product if any defect is found.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Customers from all countries are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Yes. Many people find larger dogs easier to manage hands-free because the leash anchors at the waist, closer to your center of gravity, which makes it harder to pull you off balance.
Hands-free does not mean less control. With the anchor at your waist, your body becomes the stable point, and you can still use your arms to hold the leash if needed.
Yes. The leash is fully adjustable - you can adjust its loop to fit your height, waist size, or clothing layers. At 2.8 m total length, there’s enough give for both you and your dog.
The leash is 2.8 m long, 1.5 cm wide, and around 3.5 mm thick. It weighs 240 grams.
This length ensures that the leash fits all body types while leaving sufficient range for your dog. If you use about 1 m of leash length around your body, that leaves roughly 1.8 m for your dog - similar to a standard leash length.
Yes. The leash is designed to be adjusted on the go. For quick shortening, we suggest positioning the last ring (closest to your dog) so that when clipped to the front hook, your dog walks closely by your leg - ideal in crowded areas or near other dogs, while staying hands-free.
We don’t currently offer a splitter. Some customers attach a second leash to the side ring, but please note the leash is tested for single-dog use only.
