Our recap of HUND 2026 in Winterthur - Switzerland’s biggest dog expo

HUND 2026 in Winterthur is a wrap - and we’re still a little overwhelmed (and, honestly, pretty tired). For LEALE, it was our first time exhibiting at Switzerland’s biggest dog event, and as a new brand from Zurich, it was a huge milestone for us.

Our first HUND 2026: exciting, intense, inspiring

Three full days at the expo means: lots of conversations, lots of impressions, lots of dogs - and plenty of butterflies. We got to speak with so many dog owners from all across Switzerland, show our products in person, and most importantly hear what you actually need in everyday life.

It was also incredibly valuable to meet other shop owners and brand founders, build new connections, and get fresh insight into the Swiss dog industry. For a young brand like ours, these connections matter a lot - and we’re grateful for every single conversation.

The highlight: so many of you already knew us from our ads

This was honestly crazy: SO many of you came up to us and said you already knew LEALE from our ads. It was such a motivational boost, because it shows our message is landing and that LEALE is already being recognized in Switzerland.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came by our stand, checked out our collection, and tried our products. It was especially exciting to see so many of you test our 3-in-1 adjustable dog leash - whether as a hands-free leash, crossbody leash, or in-hand.

And of course: thank you to everyone who went home with our leash to make your walks a little more effortless from now on. That’s exactly why we do this.

Tons of feedback, new learnings - and a lot of excitement for what’s next

We had countless conversations, collected so much feedback, and came home with our heads full of ideas. We feel energized, inspired, and genuinely excited about what’s coming next.

And yes: we’re also pretty exhausted. Three expo days are intense. But it was 100% worth it.
