Shipping rates & Delivery times
Switzerland: Delivery within 2-4 business days
- For orders below 70 CHF: 3.40 CHF - 7.50 CHF
- For orders above 70 CHF: FREE
European Union: Delivery within 3-7 business days
- For orders below 150 EUR: 14 EUR
- For orders above 150 EUR: FREE
World: Delivery within 3-10 business days
- Shipping is calculated at checkout
- Note that taxes and customs are not included for orders outside Switzerland and the European Union. You will be responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, taxes (e.g. VAT, sales or import tax), or handling fees upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please log in to your customer profile and click "Request a return" within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you'd like to exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Customers from all countries are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
All our products come with a two-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
